Its no secret that quality service really comes into play when problems arise. That's really when a committed management shines and their true colors are seen. I was given a very realistic and accurate time frame to complete the wheel straightening on my BMW. The service was reasonably priced, and much lower than my BMW dealer quoted me. The work was good and the vibration was removed, with this fine repair work. However, the sensors apparently caused me a lot of despair and concern as I got out on the road immediately after I left. I drove the car back and they weren't stressed, but rather showed me the attention of a valued customer. It took a couple of returns over a couple of spins around the block, and they had the problem resolved and me smiling and knowing Glenn's would be the place I always go for wheel service in the future. If you're curious, it wasn't anything they did wrong to cause this problem. It was merely the sensitivity of the BMW wheel / pressure sensors, which also disabled the cruise control and some messages that scare the heck out of me. i say kudos to these guys, because that was the true test of their committment to quality. They made it all right and restored my confidence that there still are a few places, like Glenn's that just want to make customers happy!
